When you create an availability range, appointments are by default visible online by any patient.
If you want to program yourself all your appointments, and select the patients with whom you consult, all you need, when you open a slot, is the uncheck the button "Allow patient booking online" (see the picture bellow).
Create or modify an appointment
To create an appointment, click on a slot (indicated as available or not), a window will appear. You just need to complete all the items and validate the appointment.
If you have already seen the patient on Consulib, just enter his email, the other fields will then complete themselves automatically.
If the patient is not yet registered on Consulib, you just need the first name, last name and email. He will then receive an email inviting him to complete his personal datas.
Once the appointment is arranged, you can look it up at any moment to modify it, cancel it or access the patient's medical file.
The day of the consultation, you can start the videoconference by clicking on "Enter in medical room".
Details on the appointment sheet
1 "Enter in medical room" allows you to start the teleconsultation when you and the patient are online on Consulib.com.
2 "See patient medical file" allows you to access the patient's medical file, and add any necessary document (prescriptions, mails, reports) at anytime.
3 The "Appointment list" allows you to see and access other appointments (past or future) with the same patient.
4 First line of the section "Appointment details" allows you to modify the date, hour dans duration of the appointment.
5 The "Actions history" allows you to visualize and track all the elements related to the appointment. You can here find those information: Who booked the appointment? When? Has the deposit been registered and when? ...
6 The section "Notes" allows you to write personal notes about the patient and the appointment.
7 The area "Price" allows you to visualize the terms of payment for the consultation.
8 The button "Save modifications", save the modifications made on the appointment. It is necessary to click on this button after each modification.
9 The status of the patient appears in real-time on the right, here you can see if:
- The patient is in the medical room;
- The patient has been consulted;
- The patient did not show up but is forgiven (you must click to indicate the the absence is forgivable);
- The patient did not show up and is not forgiven (you must click to indicate the the absence is not forgivable, this information will also appear on the newt appointment with this patient).
