To assure practitioners the payment of the fees, we decided to draw a bank guarantee up to the amount indicated as your fee on your profile.
Amount of the bank guarantee
The guarantee is taken on the patient's bank account from one week before the consultation.
It is taken when the patient confirm the booking.
When an appointment is planned in a delay shorter than one week, the guarantee is taken directly when the booking is confirmed.
Failure acquiring the bank desposit
If acquiring the bank deposit has failed you'll receive an e-mail with the following subject : "Information about bank deposit for JJ MM AAAA HH:MM consultation"
Several circumstances can explain this failure:
- The patient did not fill in his credit card;
- The patient did not confirmed the appointment;
- The patient does not have the necessary funds on his bank account;
- The bank refuse the acquirement of guarantee online for this account.
Whatever the reason is, the appointment appears in you agenda with a red square:
The failure of acquiring the bank guarantee does not prevent the achievement of the teleconsultation!
We just inform you that we cannot ensure the payement of your fees
Calling again the patient about the bank guarantee
If the appointment has not been confirmed yet and the bank guarantee could not be taken, you can call the patient again by entering the appointment sheet and clicking on "Send a warning e-mail to you patient".
Your patient will receive an email from Consulib, inviting him once again to confirm the booking.
Display of the patient's bank account related to the acquirement of the guarantee
Some bank establishments make the capture of bank guarantee appear as an effective debit on the account. He can think that he will be withdrawn twice for this teleconsultation.
In reality the patient gets the guarantee back several days after the consultation.
