In case of any connection problem you can contact the practitioner through instant messaging.
To this end, click on the messaging icon at the bottom right corner of the screen:
You can then freely discuss with the patient.
Share screen
While consulting, you can share your own screen with your patient. To this end, click on the button "Share screen".
A window will appear: select "Full screen", "App window" or "Chrome tab". Finally click on "Share".
When you want to stop sharing, click on "Stop sharing" at the bottom of the screen.
Update profile
During the consultation you can modify your personal information or credit card if necessary.
To this end, click on "Update profile".
Modify what you wished and save your modification by clicking on "Confirm".
